What we offer
Services built around your schedule and your site.
Every trade listed below can be scoped, scheduled, and supervised as part of your job—so rough-in, finishes, and exteriors line up without gaps. If you need something specialized, ask; we routinely add partners for niche work.
Capabilities
Share your drawings, photos, and how the space needs to look and perform—we will map phasing, inspections, and trade handoffs so finishes land on time and on scope.
Painting
Full interior and exterior paint packages: surface prep, caulking, priming, ceilings, walls, trim, and color changes. We protect floors and furnishings, maintain clean cut lines, and schedule final touch-ups after other trades are complete.
Drywall
New hang, patch, and remodel repair work with tape, mud, sanding, and texture matching to blend with existing construction. Corners, reveals, and backing for cabinets and hardware are planned before board goes up.
Flooring
Removal of existing coverings, underlayment and subfloor prep, LVP, laminate, engineered wood, and sheet goods. We plan transitions to tile or other surfaces, expansion gaps, and moisture-prone areas in the schedule—not on install day.
Finish carpentry
Base, casing, crown, window and door trim, wainscot, shelving, and custom built-ins fitted to real-world walls and floors. We align reveals with cabinets, appliances, and lighting so the room reads as one composition.
Electrical
Rough-in and device layout coordination, fixture and fan installs, under-cabinet and accent lighting, and panel or circuit work through licensed electricians where your jurisdiction requires it. We keep boxes, trims, and finishes coordinated with drywall and cabinetry.
Plumbing
Fixture replacements, supply and drain tie-ins for remodels, shutoff and access planning, and coordination with countertops and sinks. Licensed plumbing partners handle code-critical work; we own the schedule between rough-in, top-out, and finish.
Cabinets
Kitchen, bath, laundry, and office cabinet installation with leveling, scribe, filler, and hardware. Appliance panels, microwave and hood clearances, and integration with electrical and plumbing fixtures are verified before final adjustment.
Countertops
Field measure and template coordination, seam placement, edge profiles, cutouts for sinks and cooktops, and install sequencing after cabinets are set. We work with quartz, laminate, solid surface, and stone fabricators to match your budget and lead times.
Tile
Floor and wall layouts, large-format and mosaic work, niches, curbs, and wet-area sequencing. Substrate flatness, waterproofing interfaces, movement joints, and grout selection are planned with plumbing and glass before the first piece is set.
Backsplashes
Kitchen and bath splash zones sized to outlets, cabinets, and countertop profiles. We coordinate outlet heights, under-cabinet lighting, and sealant joints so the finished wall is easy to clean and service.
Demolition
Selective removal of finishes, fixtures, and light framing with dust control, debris staging, and protection for occupied areas. Utilities are isolated, hazardous materials are flagged early, and the site is left ready for rough trades.
Insulation
Batts, blown-in, and rigid insulation for walls, floors, and rooflines where energy or sound performance matters. We align with air-barrier details and inspections before drywall closes the cavity.
Doors
Interior passage, pocket, and barn systems plus exterior units with weatherstripping, thresholds, and security hardware. Hinge mortises, strike alignment, and clearance to floors and carpets are checked before paint and trim finalize.
Windows
Replacement and remodel window installs with sill panning, flashing, insulation, and interior trim integration. We coordinate manufacturer specs with siding, stucco, or interior casing for a weathertight, square opening.
Hardware
Locksets, deadbolts, hinges, pulls, hooks, towel bars, and grab bars installed to template and blocking. We verify handing, strike depth, and accessibility clearances where applicable.
Waterproofing
Shower pans, liquid and sheet membranes, corners, and penetrations with flood testing before tile. Drains, valves, and glass enclosure tracks are coordinated so the wet zone meets manufacturer and code requirements.
Framing
New partitions, soffits, ceiling drops, and opening modifications with engineer or inspector sign-off when load-bearing elements are involved. Backing for cabinets, TVs, and grab bars is installed before board.
HVAC
Equipment replacements, duct reroutes, supply and return adjustments, and bath/kitchen exhaust upgrades through licensed mechanical contractors where required. Registers, thermostats, and access panels are coordinated with trim and cabinetry.
Concrete & masonry
Small slabs, stoops, patch and repair work, and limited tuckpointing scoped to support adjacent finishes or door swings. Larger structural work is bid with specialists and held to the same schedule gates.
Siding & exterior trim
Lap, shake, panel, and trim repairs or full re-sides with housewrap, flashing, and penetration details tied to windows and roofs. Paint or stain schedules follow manufacturer dry and temperature guidelines.
Decks & railings
Resurfacing, guard and stair upgrades, ledger and footing corrections, and new outdoor platforms built to local span, height, and baluster-spacing rules. We sequence waterproofing at the house connection before finish decking.
Acoustical ceilings
Suspended T-grid systems, reveal and shadow details, can-light and diffuser cutouts, and tile replacement in commercial-style or basement spaces. Heights are coordinated with MEP above the ceiling plane.
Caulking & sealants
Interior and exterior joint sealing at tubs, showers, windows, penetrations, dissimilar materials, and control joints—products chosen for movement, UV exposure, and paintability so warranties stay intact.
